• Legal Requirement: AZ Fashion work with those Production unit who l follow their respective national laws as well as Member of Bangladesh Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), Bangladesh Knitwear Manufactures and Exporters Association (BKMEA ).

• Building and Fire Safety: AZ Fashion give priority of those Factories whose ensure workers safety, no production units using hazardous equipment or unsafe buildings are accepted. The production unit must have clearly marked Exit and preferably emergency exits on all floors. Fire protect equipment has stored each corner of the Each floors and fire alarm etc.
• Workers rights: Factories should ensure all basic rights of the workers as well as should follow the wage structure that The government has declared new Minimum Wage for the garment workers in Current rules of Government.
• First AID: First AID equipment must be available in each production floors, Doctor and Nurse should be present at short notice.
